THE MISSION

ONE Co. is the program in which businesses partake to create or improve overall company performance. Attention will be given to all aspects of the organization. A weekly meeting with management will take place and 3 hours of one on one organizing per week will be available to managers and employees to determine the detailed part of organizing. Work flow sheets will be created for jobs. Departments will have a list of responsibilities. Managers and employees will have job descriptions.

One Co. is an all new program from Bright Organizing Solutions that focuses primarily on the organization of the workplace and the ideal steps that should be taken to make the inside of your business function as smoothly as the outside looks.
